Biography
Keishla is an actor, director, dancer and Yoga instructor from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. She graduated from the theatre program at the University of Sacred Heart, Santurce PR. In 2013 started her own non-profit organization `Taller Colectivo Trompo Inc.´with the purpose on spreding the knoweledge of the dramatic arts and its productions. Her debut with her company was in February 2014 with the adaptation to micro-theatre from one of Luis López Nieves´s short story called `The Dark Side of the Moon´which was a complete succes after having a small tour in different cultural places in Puerto Rico´s capital, San Juan. In 2016, she moved to California and took classes in James Franco's acting and film school in North Hollywood, LA, focused on the Meisner technique, where she had the privilege of working on her first feature film as part of the sound crew as the Boom OP in Dark Hours; a collaboration between James Franco's production company, Rabbit Bandini and Maker Studios. Keishla has worked on set with the cast (Timothy Olyphant, Milla Jovovich, Kiele Sanchez, Chris Hemsworth, Marley Shelton, Steve Zahn) in the movie `A Perfect Getaway´by Rogue a relativity media company.
